At Easter the restaurant is open on Saturday 10 - 20 (last orders at 18.00). On Good Friday, Easter Sunday an Easter Monday we are closed.

In Zum's food you can taste cycling adventures in Mexico and eastern Europe and feel the breath of the Mediterranean and the Alps. Fresh ingredients and pure flavours are at the core of each dish. The open kitchen and it's Bertha charcoal oven is the heart of the restaurant.
The different organic home baked sourdough breads, homemade organic pasta and ice-creams are addictive. All the food in the restaurant is lactose-free and different diets are well catered for. The gluten-free bread is also homemade.
Coffee and tea served in Zum are fair trade and organic and Zum itself is a certified organic restaurant. A good meal is best accompanied by carefully selected organic wines, quality beers or tasty non-alcoholic beverages.
